Zicronapine Fumarate is a useful synthetic intermediate in the synthesis of succinate and malonate salts of (chlorophenylindanyl)trimethylpiperazine which are used as antipsychotics. Zicronapine Fumarate is also shown to be an inhibitor of dopamine (DA) uptake.
