Oxagrelate is a new cyclic AMP phosphodiesterase inhibitor that according to biological studies increased femoral, renal, coronary, carotid, vertebral and sagittal blood flows in anesthetized dogs. Oxagrelate is also shown to act as an antiatherosclerotic and antiaggregatory agent.
