Uridine 5′-Monophosphomorpholidate 4-Morpholine-N,N′-dicyclohexylcarboxamidine Salt is used in the synthesis of several organic compounds including that of Uridine 5'-(5-thio-α-D-glucopyranosyl pyrophosphate) which is a potent activator of rat liver glycogen synthetase. It was used as a reagent in glycoprotein labelling with click chemistry and carbohydrate detection. Also used in the preparation of UDP-3-O[R-3-Hydroxymyristoyl]-N-acetylglucosamine Tris Salt (U250525).
