沙氏葡萄糖瓊脂（USP）用于真菌的分離培養(yǎng)。
用法
Suspend 65.0g of the powder in 1L of purified water, heat with frequent agitation and boil for 1 minute to completely dissolve the powder. Autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes.
稱取本品 65.0g,加熱攪拌溶解于 1000ml 蒸餾水中,121℃高壓滅菌 15 分鐘,備用。
