生化和生理學(xué)機(jī)理：
Terbinafine hydrochloride is a synthetic allylamine antifungal, which is highly active against dermatophytes, mold, other basic fungi, and some strains of yeast. Terbinafine hydrochloride is used to treat dermatophyte infections of the toenail/fingernail, ringworm and jock itch, inhibiting ergosterol synthesis at the stage of squalene epoxidation (IC50 = 30 nM for C. albicans). Terbinafine inhibits squalene monooxygenase thereby blocking the biosynthesis of ergosterol, which is an essential component of fungal cell membranes. At 90-120 ?M, Terbinafine exhibits anti-tumor and anti-angiogenic activity by inducing cell cycle arrest at the G0/G1 stage in COLO 205 tumor cells and human vascular endothelial cells.
